Bantry Salmon & Trout Anglers Club.

The final competition of the Bantry Salmon & Trout Anglers Club took place on Sunday 23 September and was again well supported. The conditions were reasonable with a warm southwesterly wind. In first place was Con O’Leary, Baurgorm. In the Junior section first place was won by Oisin Hanrahan, and second place by Darren Cronin. Chairman Con O’Leary presented the prizes and congratulated the winners. He thanked all the club members for their support during the year and expressed satisfaction at the number of junior anglers who are now in the club.
